BRIGHTSALE ANNOUNCES NEW CALL CENTRE OPENING IN MANCHESTER

The UK’s fastest growing online estate agent today announced the establishment of a new call centre in Manchester in addition to their head offices based in Surrey. The move reflects BrightSale’s need to handle a dramatically increased volume of listings and instructions in the past six months.

Managing Director of BrightSale Andy Etches said:

We have had to open a larger call centre six months ahead of our forecast date simply to handle the volume of call traffic and to house of team of human negotiators.
